Ciclope Tour is a family business, not an agency. The boat is called Polifemo and leaves from the Marina di Acitrezza pier, where you'll find us every day.
Who takes you out to sea
The boat is called Polifemo. Not for marketing: because here the myth and the sea are the same thing, and whoever comes aboard should go back ashore knowing it.
Cristian opened Ciclope Tour in 2015 and has been leaving from this pier almost every day since. He knows the bays where the water stays calm even when it picks up outside, knows what time the light turns the sea stacks orange, and knows when it's better not to go out at all. He is the one who writes to you the evening before to tell you what the sea will be like.
How we work
We'd rather tell you that today is not the day than take you out on the wrong sea. Nobody talks about a tour done badly, and we have lived on word of mouth here for eleven years.
Our new glass-bottom boat is on its way: you watch the seabed of the Marine Protected Area from your seat, without getting wet. Nobody else on the Acitrezza pier has one.

Where we are
The pier is the one in the small harbour, below the village. You'll find us at the stand with the Ciclope Tour sign: if you're already here, come by and ask. If you're still planning your holiday, write to us with the day you arrive.
Acitrezza is twenty minutes from Catania and half an hour from the airport.
